From broken painting to stylish thread rack...

One of my super ugly pictures was broken during transport to my new apartment. I kept it because I alway keep every crap I think I can redesign or rebuilt. It got lost under my bed for 4 months until yesterday. I alway wanted to have a big thread holder for my atelier. It's so practical. For my thread rack I didn't spend a cent. I only used materials I've found in my "crap" boxes.

one perfect picture

How many people and how much time do you need to get one perfect picture like that? We had 7 persons, 12 hours, 30 meters of chiffon and 1 huge fan. My last project was a video commercial for a rental photo studio. Main goal of the video: to show the scope and the equipment of the studio. The entire gown was created in front of the camera and pinned directly on the model and was destroyed after the shooting. I had literally cut the model out the dress. :) I'll definitely post the video in one of my next posts...
