Yesterday the entire center of Berlin was closed because of the 34th annual Christopher Street Day- an annual celebration and demonstration for the rights of lesbian, gay, inter- and bisexual people against discrimination. The CSD is held in memory of the first big uprising of homosexuals against police assaults in Greenwich Village (New York, USA) on June 27, 1969. The first German CSDs took place in Bremen and Berlin in 1979. Awesome music, crazy costumes, huge party...

So this summer fluorescent-hued clothes and accessories are bigger and brighter than ever. I think navy blue and zitrone yellow is a really cool color combinatin and great as color blocking. And I am really in love with my "ugly duckling" neon yellow studded bracelet. If you don't know what I am talking about, you can read the post about it here. Btw what do you thin about my one shoulder shirt. I was looking for one in this color for ages but without luck. So the classic t-shirt in XXL size works just as good...

As a normal girl I 've never understood the point of the game or why almost every man (especially German) loves it so much. But now I've got the Football fever. I still don't get the point of the game (please don't hate me :)) but I love all the open air life football parties and after parties. It's so crazy and funny. Some dude cry like crazy. :) Tonight Germany plays against Netherlands and I'm gonna totally share the thrill with (I even have matching accessories). Go Germany!!!

Neon yellow is deffenetly the favorite neon color for this summer. And even I am not a fan of neon colors I really love my new super cheap (3 euro/$5) plastic belt. It was way too long. Good thing the ugly plastic buckle is removable. That way I could make the belt shorter and use the little piece to create super trendy studded bracelet that matches the belt. What do you think?

Last week I landed at this huge party in Berlin (Kreuzberg), called "Karneval der Kulturen". It's a 4 days street party with costume parade at the end. Over 10 blocks you could find all kind of music, drinks and food from all over the world. The weather was way too hot and some dudes way too drunk! But still it was such a great atmosphere. Much better than you can see it in the video. And I've taken only a couple of picture. Sorry, I was too busy with dancing and having fun. Just come to Berlin next year to the "Karnaval der Kulturen" and experience it for yourself...

I love detachable collars, especially with peter pan shape. It's cute and absolutely trendy. I love to wear it with a simple tank top, classic blue jeans and finger less glove of course :). Looks amazing. And since I am such nice and absolutely cool person I've decided to show you how to make a simple, but very adorable collar. It has two different sides for more great looks. How cool is that? :) It took me a while to construct a perfect shaped peter pan collar for my readers. I hope you appreciate it... :)))

Remember the 80's pop? Not really? :) Michael Jackson's "Thriller", Boy George's "Do You Really Want to Hurt Me", Madonna's "Like a Virgin". And how about fashion? Remeber the mini skirts, fingerless gloves and fedora-style hats. Not? Just watch "Breakfast club". One of the most popular teeny movies of the 80's. Similar to "Beverly Hills 90210" only that the actors in there were really young and didn't just pretended so...
