I  am always happy to see bloggers wearing my designs to their outfits.  Especially if they create their own unique stylings. I've never thought that my studded bracelets could be worn with so many different styles. Even I am working as a Fashion Designer for over 5 years I am still really happy to see that where are so many very cool people who really like what I am designing. Brooklyn nostalgia...

There are places in Berlin that remind me a lot of Brooklyn. Same cool looking streets, same artsy-fartsy people, same cute little cafes. Today I've discovered a super cool place called "Let's stay friend" :). The web page of the cafe is www.ruf-mich-nie-wieder-an.de and translated it means never call me again :P. So if you are in Berlin (Prenzlauer Berg) and you need a place to dump your g/bf you should totally go there to make it easier ;) And even if you are single, the cook is super cute and makes the best rucola salads ever...

New in the shop: Golden "Ares"

"Ares"- double tour studded leather bracelet with golden d-ring and buckle. I already did this bracelet for my shop but with silver metal. Personally I like the golden version more than the silver one. It looks more sophisticated. Coco Rocha is just amazing. This is what I call modeling. I am watching this video over and over to learn how to move like her. It looks so uncomplicated and easy. Love it. Great backstage video.

Summer creation straw visor...

   

Summer is coming and I really hope it' going to be hot, hot, hot. For now the weather in Germany is really moody but the forecast promises improvement. Currently I am working on new head pieces for summer. This hand blocked straw visor is my first creation. It is so cute and practical. The asymmetric form and the hand made bow give it an elegant touch. What do you think? Lookbook pictures coming...

[Ugly duckling] Mom's green floral dress...

I love to work with "ugly" materials or clothes. It's like a training for my creativity. It's easy to create a beautiful dress out of beautiful fabric. But it's really challenging to create something cool out of "tatters". So tonight I am starting a new category called "Ugly duckling". We all know the fairy tail, we all know how it ends. In this section I'll show you some interesting metamorphoses, tutorials and DIY videos. Because I am pretty sure every one has some ugly ducklings in the closet. I found this floral dress on my mom's "through away" pile and this is what I've got out of it... What do you think about my gipsy look? :)

[Tutorial] 13 awesome ways to knot your tie

Since my tutorial "12 awesome ways to knot a belt" was so unbelievably successful I've decided to create another tutorial. Yesterday was the Christ's Ascension Day, a holiday in Germany. It is also a Father's day here. That means it is the only one day in the year all guys can act like assholes, be drunk as sh*t, take their pants off every 5 seconds and nobody can say a word, because it's the FATHER's day. And for some reason a lot of german guys also think it's a Man's day. So they expect us to be especially nice to them. No clue why. So yesterday on the "Man's day" :) I invited my MAN to a diner, to celebrate his manhood ;), and guess what, i have no idea how to knot a tie.  1 hour on the internet 2 hours fotoshooting and here is an awesome tutorial for all your girls, men and fathers out there...

I am in love with little vintage keys. I've got one little golden key with little diamonds from my mom for Christmas and I felt immediately in love with it. It looks so adorable. Inspired by my little charm I designed the "Golden key" jewelry collection for my little shop. 100% handmade, 100% me. What color do you like the most? Minipost: Lost and found...

I have a box into which I put all shiny stuff, old beads and accessories I don't like anymore  in case I can use  them for another designs. Some of stuff in there is pretty old and kitschy. Like this lovely necklace I discovered yesterday in this box. It's over 15 years old. So I guess I'll give it a second chance... 

Veilmania...

I just love this new trend! Usually reserved for the bride or the Mother-of-the bride, netted veils are making a comeback. Almost every Designer put it on the catwalk in every form and material. There are chain veils, lace veils, plastic, chiffon... Lady Gaga wears it with cute bunny ears and the German Designer Jill Sunder put it on a beanie (great idea by btw.). Well, I always knew the netted veils come back. I designed my veiled headband already two years ago in New York. Now I am thinking to design new veiled head peaces for my summer collection. What do you think? Would you wear a netted veil to your street style, not just to a party? ;)

Somebody that I used to know...

I love this song and I love this video even more! How amazing is Anthony Lee, the choreographer of this performance. I love his style. It's so different and so funky. I watched this video about 100 times and I can't get enough. On Anthony's youtube channel  you'll find more amazing, creative and funny videos of his work...

Sometimes I feel like Mary Poppins...

Do you remember Mary Poppins? Such a cute character. As a child my mom read all books for me. I remember I cried so bad, when Mary had to leave the family. When we shot in the park all the passers (adults and the kids) immediately recognized the theme. What do you think about my cloche hat? I adore this hat. I designed it couple years ago in New York. Btw. the little girl with me is my friend's niece Alicia. She is such adorable kid. She felt immediately in love with my bear...

How cute is that? Love my new leather bracelet "Perses". Made of italian calfskin. The little padlock is gilded. Named after greek god like all my bracelets. Gold rush...

 One of the current trends is gold and glimmer. In the make-up, accessories and textiles. Gold and metallics dominated the Oscars red carpet. And I am totally in the gold rush. I discovered this amazing golden leather by my favorite leather supplier. Inspired by the latest Balmain collection (love it), I designed some new pieces for my e-shop. What do you think?
