Working on fall/winter collection

Currently I am working on my new fall/winter accessory collection for my online shop. I know I am a little bit late but I was involved in so many different projects. My biggest broblem is that I have only 2 arms and no car :(. Anyway here is a little backstage diary of my design process.

modeling the form

I use sand paper to flat uneven spots

I use special leather latex glue 

forming the leather so it has better form for the neck
